What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Research target accounts and identify new potential customers, including decision-makers and current ERP systems
Initiate contact with leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn to qualify opportunities
Conduct personalized follow-up activities to engage prospects and drive interest
Maintain and update accurate lead and prospect information using Dynamics 365 Sales and HubSpot
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (B2B, B2C, or SaaS experience preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills for outreach
Strong research and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred)
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with sales automation tools
Knowledge of sales techniques, sales funnels, and lead generation strategies
A passion for sales and technology
Willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced SaaS environment
