What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Proactively research and identify high-potential companies for outbound outreach

Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to closing deals

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase offerings

Identify upsell opportunities within the existing customer base

Maintain accurate data within the CRM and ensure timely reporting on sales activities

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the alarm industry or B2B software sales

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong prospecting skills with the ability to engage decision-makers

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with CRM software and sales KPIs
