is hiring a
Senior HRIS Analyst
who will be responsible for the comprehensive management and optimization of our Human Capital Management (HCM) system, with a specialized focus on Workday Absence Management. This role requires extensive experience in Workday HCM ensuring effective implementation, maintenance, and support of HCM business processes as well as associated reports/data.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, maintenance and optimization of Workday Absence Management modules, plans and data, including the configuration and deployment of Absence Management functionalities. Ensure alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements
Provide expert guidance and support to Workday HCM users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Absence Management
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Workday HCM systems
Conduct regular system audits and data integrity checks to maintain accurate and reliable HCM data
Develop complex and analytical queries and reports as needed
Develop and deliver training programs and materials for Workday HCM users, focusing on Absence Management
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience
Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years' experience with Workday with a strong emphasis on absence management.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably in healthcare.
In-depth knowledge of HCM processes, including Core HR, Absence Management and other related HR functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Advanced Workday reporting skills and experience working with large volumes of data.
Proven ability to provide support, guidance, and training to Workday HCM users.
Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Certifications: Workday HCM Core, Workday Absence Management, and HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
