Founder & CEO at MFM Search LLC - marco.maranzano@mfmsearch.com My client is a South Florida-based investment, acquisition, development, and management provider for multifamily and mixed‑use real estate. They are currently looking to expand their property management business by obtaining existing property contracts.
The Business Development Manager creates opportunities to increase sales through relationship‑building activities, existing clients, and building the pipeline of potential clients through referral partners. This person must be able to identify existing property contracts that can be secured and onboarded to my client.
Responsibilities
Perform “intentional outreach activities” including phone calls, face‑to‑face appointments, office drop bys, joining and attending networking groups, and presentations.
Fill, maintain, and work the active campaign pipeline.
Nurture the existing and past clients in order to create raving fans.
Leverage all our email lists, polls, responses, quizzes, pm list.
Respond to leads quickly and efficiently.
Make outbound sale calls to various lead sources.
Manage new leads with aggressive lead follow‑up and a high conversion rate.
Requirements
A solid understanding of multifamily real estate in the Miami and surrounding area.
Someone who has sold and worked directly with multifamily properties in some capacity. Acquisitions, Investment Sales etc.
Strong relationship and rapport building skills.
The ability to follow and adapt to company scripts.
Must be able to navigate various software including, but not limited to, activecampaign, Google Docs, sheets, and slides.
Possess superb communication skills.
Goal‑oriented towards achieving overall company metrics and personal KPIs benchmarks.
Organized.
Confident, coachable & Must have a growth mindset.
Team player.
Willing to go above and beyond.
