The Manager, Maintenance Control, reports to the Sr. Manager and oversees daily operations, making operational decisions, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, approving overtime, handling financial decisions related to maintenance, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Qualifications

FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification At least 5 years in maintenance, with 2 in Maintenance Control 3+ years supervisory experience Bachelor’s degree preferred; FCC license preferred Skills and Abilities

Leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of Airbus A320 family Understanding of airline maintenance operations Ability to delegate and plan Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $100,104–$140,000. Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for hires starting between 5/15/2025 and 10/31/2025, payable after 90 days, with repayment terms if employment ends early. Additional incentives and benefits are available. Additional Information
