Responsibilities

Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

“Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers

Prospect for new leads to promote new business

Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities

Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

Qualifications

A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills

Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

Organized and manages time effectively

Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth

Compensation $100,000+ per year
