What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage and coach a team of Account Executives to drive sales success

Forecast and manage pipeline health based on core drivers of the Enterprise business

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer success, and sales engineering

Plan and communicate growth strategies for the sales team

Execute complex deals and leverage a proven sales methodology

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and leading SaaS sales teams

Proven track record of leading outbound sales motions

Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Force Management

Data-driven approach to coaching and managing sales performance

Passion for hiring and building a diverse, world-class sales team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience owning and delivering on revenue targets

Background in working with channel, solution, and technology partners

Passion for driving New Business, Upsell, and Renewals

SaaS sales experience with a focus on building and supporting diverse teams
