We’re seeking a
Senior Software Engineer
with deep expertise in
Qualtrics CX and Discover
to lead a high-impact transformation initiative. This role blends survey research, software engineering, and stakeholder engagement to elevate enterprise-level experience management.
Design advanced Qualtrics surveys, dashboards, and automated workflows
Provide consultation on survey flow, data analysis, and reporting
Present demos and insights to cross-functional teams
Support sentiment analysis and conversational NLP
Document technical processes for non-technical users
(Bonus) Build data pipelines using Python, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake

Required Qualifications
8+ years as a Software Engineer, with 3+ years in Qualtrics
Strong experience in CX and Discover modules
Proven ability to manage survey/listening programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with HTML scripting, API/SFTP connectors (preferred)
Familiarity with Qualtrics Discover language models and sentiment analysis
