We are seeking an highly skilled
Software Engineer
with deep hands‑on experience in
Qualtrics
to join our
Digital Employee Experience team . This role supports an enterprise‑wide Qualtrics transformation initiative, focusing on designing, developing, and optimizing large‑scale listening programs.
You’ll collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver advanced
survey builds, dashboards, automation workflows, sentiment analysis , and
conversational analytics . The ideal candidate is a
Qualtrics subject matter expert (SME)
capable of translating business needs into innovative, data‑driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualtrics development and consulting, including survey design, logic, and data analysis.
Build and optimize custom dashboards, workflows, and automated reports in Qualtrics.
Act as the Qualtrics SME—deliver demos, training, and best‑practice consultation to enterprise teams.
Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Manage project scope, risks, and deliverables for timely, high‑quality delivery.
Drive adoption and change management across cross‑functional teams.
Optional: Develop analytics pipelines in
Databricks
or
Snowflake
using
Python
and
SQL .
Create user documentation and training materials for non‑technical audiences.
Must‑Have Qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years with
Qualtrics .
Proven expertise in
Qualtrics CX
and
Discover , including dashboard creation, automation, and conversational analytics.
Strong background in survey research and experience managing listening programs.
Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.
Ability to work on‑site (Beaverton WHQ) with immediate availability.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Qualtrics certification
(preferred).
Experience with
SFTP
and
API connectors .
Familiarity with
Discover language processing ,
sentiment analysis , and large dataset modeling.
Experience with
HTML scripting
or web‑based survey customization.
Strong data analytics or engineering skills ( Python ,
SQL , APIs).
