Overview The National Client Relations Manager at RPS is responsible for managing and developing relationships with RPS’s national clients. This role involves strategic collaboration with clients and internal RPS teams to drive growth and retention, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion. Ability to travel across the country (up to 75%) to meet with clients and attend industry events.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Serve as the primary point of contact for national clients, ensuring their needs are exceeded.
Develop and drive strategies with RPS clients to ensure growth, retention, and long‑term partnerships.
Collaborate with RPS producers and internal teams to support combined strategies and deliver tailored solutions.
Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to expand RPS’s penetration within client organizations.
Organize and lead regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss opportunities, and promote RPS.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, risk management, or a related field.
Experience in insurance client relations, business development, or wholesale brokerage.
Strong understanding of insurance products and risk management.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Ability to travel across the country (up to 75%) to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $45,500–$88,500. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including experience, education, geography, and specialized skill set. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a wide range of benefits:
