Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking project progress and deliverables Identify, record, document, and track risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle Conduct project reviews with recommendations and strategies for future improvements What is Required (Qualifications):
5-7 years of experience in project management Bachelor's degree Proven work experience in project management at varying levels of complexity Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred Agile Certification CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAFe certifications Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization Experience with PDLC and SDLC methodologies Insurance or Financial Industry experience
