What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle
Identify, document, and track risks and issues, providing recommendations for future improvements
Utilize best practices and tools for project execution while seeking improvement opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience in project management at varying levels of complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization
Bachelor's degree and legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred
Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAFe certifications)
Experience with PDLC and SDLC methodologies
Insurance or Financial Industry experience
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive status reports
