What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress using required tools
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely
Identify, document, and track risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct project reviews with recommendations for future improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience in project management with varying levels of complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization
Bachelor's degree and legal work authorization to work in the U.S. permanently without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred
Agile Certification CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAFe certifications
Insurance or Financial Industry experience
Hands‑on experience with various project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
