What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress effectively
Identify, document, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct project reviews with recommendations for future improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven experience in project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Strong knowledge of delivering projects within a Technology organization
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred
Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAFe certifications)
Experience in the Insurance or Financial Industry
