Job Responsibilities
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones while tracking progress and deliverables
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely
Identify, record, document, and track risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct project reviews with recommendations for future improvements
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience in managing projects of varying complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred
Agile Certification such as CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, or SAFe certifications
Experience in the Insurance or Financial Industry
