What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of experience in project management
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in project management at varying levels of complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI
Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAfE certifications)
Experience in the insurance or financial industry
Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization
