Our mission is to inspire people through visualization of the built world, and we recently announced a new AI‑Proposal product Shred.AI to continue this mission.

We’re a diverse, collaborative, and fast‑growing team of 100+ employees with offices in New York and London and a global client base. You will directly manage our Account Executives and BDR Manager, ensuring alignment between new business generation, pipeline management, and revenue growth.

You’ll bring a data‑driven, coaching‑first mindset and the ability to execute both strategically and tactically – developing people, optimizing processes, and collaborating cross‑functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to meet and exceed revenue targets.
