We are advancing regulatory approval through Advarra REB in the U.S. and Canada and planning to enter global markets in Nigeria and India to address the urgent need for affordable, scalable neurological care.
Role Description This is a full‑time role for a Chief Legal Officer, located remotely. The Chief Legal Officer will oversee and manage all legal aspects of the company, providing legal advice, handling corporate governance matters, and addressing labor and employment law issues. Day‑to‑day tasks involve advising senior management on legal risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing legal documentation and contracts. We are actively looking for individuals pursuing Bachelors’ and/or Master’s Degrees in relevant areas (see below).
Qualifications
Expertise in Law, Legal Issues, and providing Legal Advice
Experience in Corporate Governance
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work interactively in teams across time‑zones
Experience in the healthcare or AI industry is a plus
Compensation Pre‑revenue: Volunteer basis, no financial compensation.
Post‑revenue: Transition to full executive compensation (salary + equity options, negotiable based on growth).
