Capital One . The Consumer Identity team seeks a Sr. Business Analyst for the Strategy and Analytics team to help protect customers’ identities from fraud. Responsibilities

Drive strategy and analytics to optimize fraud prevention, partnering with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and others. Evaluate new identity tools, optimize policy, and set a strategic roadmap for the next generation of identity defenses. Analyze, respond to, and mitigate fraud attacks in partnership with lines of business. Establish credit risk management infrastructure foundations. Create frameworks to assess platform customer experiences and identify opportunities to improve friction and satisfaction. Leverage customer‑level data for fraud and high‑leverage use cases. Perform analysis, modeling, and advanced analytics to support product, marketing, and credit risk initiatives. Drive problem frameworks, hypothesis testing, solution development, implementation, and monitoring. Collaborate across IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other functions. Apply strong analytical, business judgment, communication, and leadership skills to influence decision‑making. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering). At least 1 year of experience in business analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business or a quantitative field. 1+ years of experience in statistical model building, market research, and SQL querying. 2+ years of experience in business analysis.
