Construction Superintendent
Based in Doral, FL, our client is a respected South Florida General Contractor specializing in complex commercial and multi-family residential projects. They have projects across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, and are seeking a Construction Superintendent with multi-family and tilt-wall construction experience to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations for multi-family and tilt-wall projects, including a 48-unit condo development in Hollywood, FL.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site crews, material deliveries, and inspections.
Enforce quality control, schedule adherence, and job site safety standards.
Maintain detailed project logs, daily reports, and communication with the project management team.
Ensure work is completed in compliance with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
Serve as the primary field point-of-contact for clients, consultants, and local inspectors.
Manage site logistics, sequencing, and coordination across all trades.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of superintendent experience, specifically in multi-family and tilt-wall construction.
Proven track record managing projects across South Florida counties (Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade).
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between job sites regularly.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and timelines.
Proficiency with construction software tools and daily reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Russian or Turkish (a strong plus).
OSHA 30 Certification.
History of long-term employment and project continuity.
Candidates who are currently employed in a similar role are strongly preferred.
