Job Summary The Records Analyst maintains responsibility for student records processes for the department, including interpreting university policies and procedures for students, faculty, and staff. The Analyst provides and manages a diverse range of support activities for the department.
Duties
Processes transcript requests
Verifies that enrollment requirements are met
Develops and produces reports as required
Provides support during the registration process, troubleshooting as necessary
Maintains and manages records
Performs basic bookkeeping tasks
Provides customer service support as required
Marginal Duties
Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required Education:
Minimum of 60 hours of completed college course work
Required Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year of related job experience
License/Certification:

Knowledge of the co-requisites and pre-requisites of university enrollment
Skills:
Good technical skills, including proficiency in PeopleSoft
Good project management skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Abilities:
Ability to develop and implement new processes
Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
Work Location and Physical Demands Primary Work Location:
Works in an office environment
Physical Demands:
Work is performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any unpleasant elements; individual has discretion in relation to walking, standing etc., and has minimal exposure to physical risks
Must have the ability to move items of up to 25lbs
