Average Starting Hourly Pay Range $16.00 - $20.00/hour
Day Shift 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
PTO upon hire, Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits are offered after 90 days of employment, 401K after 6 months
Overview : As a Records Analyst for Merrill: A Keel Company, you will be responsible for providing professional level analysis and evaluation of quality records and systems. You will be responsible for assisting in the inventory, evaluation, and recommendation of proper record systems; writing procedures and providing training to users; conducting records inventories; interviewing department staff; and documenting procedures used to create records retention schedules.
Job Functions :
- Audits records for completion, accuracy, signage, and dates.
- Tracks missing records.
- Manages record traceability (i.e., started, work in progress, completed, reviewed, and finalized) to track where records are being kept in process to completion.
- Audits technical documentation for select customers.
- Coordinates preparation and shipment of records packages to customers for the end of select programs.
- Provides comprehensive data packages to internal and external customers.
- Performs internal quality audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment: Typical office environment with time also spent in a shop-floor environment, specifically industrial welding and fabrication. As a result, there will be exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles or debris, dust, welding flash, fumes, vibrations, and sustained noisy conditions, as well as occasionally restricted work spaces.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One to three years of relevant experience preferred.
- Ideal candidates will have 5 years of quality experience.
- Must be familiar with ISO9001 Quality Systems.
- 3 years of auditing experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must possess attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate with customers and upper management as well as to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
