Flooring Project Manager .
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow strong relationships with
custom home builders ,
commercial general contractors , and
architectural/design firms .
Proactively seek and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and commercial flooring sectors.
Conduct accurate
jobsite walkthroughs and flooring estimates
in collaboration with our operations team.
Prepare and deliver compelling
proposals and presentations
to prospective clients.
Coordinate internally with project managers to ensure
smooth handoff and delivery of projects .
Monitor and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and construction schedules.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly
sales goals .
Oversee any projects you closed.
Required Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of project management experience
in the
flooring industry .
Proven track record of
developing and closing B2B deals , particularly within the builder and contractor segments.
Strong knowledge of
flooring products, materials, and installation processes .
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and organizational
skills.
Strong sales and
project management
and follow-through abilities.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client sites as needed.
Base Salary + Commission:
Total compensation $65K–$200K+ depending on performance.
