Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review processes to align on goals

Support Franchisees in remodeling and building new restaurants, ensuring compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance brand experience and growth
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
3 years of restaurant or retail management experience, preferably with franchise consulting
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently

Experience in strategic coaching and consultation
Thorough understanding of restaurant operations
Demonstrated resourcefulness and adaptability in dynamic environments
Curiosity and a desire for continuous learning
