What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking deliverables and progress
Identify, document, and track project risks and issues, providing recommendations for improvements
Conduct project reviews and analyze results to troubleshoot challenges and enhance future projects
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience managing projects with varying levels of complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization and familiarity with PDLC and SDLC methodologies
Bachelor’s degree and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred
Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAFe certifications)
Experience in the insurance or financial industry
Hands‑on experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Ability to write clear and concise status reports
