What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress and deliverables
Communicate project expectations effectively to team members and stakeholders
Identify, document, and track project risks and issues, providing recommendations for improvements
Conduct project reviews and analyze results to troubleshoot problem areas
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience in managing projects of varying complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization, including PDLC and SDLC methodologies
Bachelor's degree and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI)
Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAfE)
Experience in the Insurance or Financial Industry
Hands-on experience with various project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
Proficiency in MS Office Products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
