We are looking for a motivated Buyer Agent to join our growing real estate team. This opportunity offers rewarding commissions, direct mentorship, and the structure you need to build momentum and succeed in today’s market.

In this role, you will guide clients through every stage of the home-buying process, from initial inquiry to closing, creating a smooth and informed experience along the way. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, identifying matching properties, and maintaining strong communication to ensure positive results and long-term relationships.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, learning from experienced professionals, and developing a sustainable career in real estate. A current real estate license or active enrollment in pre-licensing coursework is required.

Responsibilities

Follow the team plan

Team player

Lead follow-up

Database and CRM

Good communication

Attend office and coaching meetings

Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market

Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction

Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home

Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers

Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close

Qualifications

Ability to learn and be coachable

Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred

Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry

Show a track record of real estate success

Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation $140,000 at plan
