Used Car Acquisition Manager
to join our team. This key role focuses on sourcing high-quality pre‑owned vehicles directly from our service drive and customer base. The ideal candidate has a strong background in vehicle appraisals, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to acquire inventory efficiently and profitably.
Responsibilities:
Proactively approach service drive customers to appraise their vehicles.
Make outbound calls to current and previous customers with appraisal and purchase offers.
Accurately assess vehicle condition and market value.
Negotiate fair purchase prices to acquire inventory.
Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to meet monthly acquisition goals.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all appraisals and acquisitions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of automotive experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to accurately evaluate vehicle condition.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of current market values, appraisal tools, and inventory trends.
Strong work ethic and customer‑focused attitude.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
