What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of ~25–30 sales professionals across the U.S.

Drive commercial performance across a $400M+ revenue base.

Strengthen relationships with key national accounts while identifying new growth opportunities.

Embed value-based selling and build a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Partner with marketing, customer service, and operations to align strategy and delivery.

What You’ll Bring

Proven success leading multi-region sales teams within manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors.

Experience delivering sustained growth and strong P&L performance.

Skilled in strategic account management and commercial negotiation.

Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire, motivate, and elevate teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA advantageous).

Location flexible within the U.S. — Houston, TX preferred but not required.
