Location Hybrid – Chicago Office (2–3 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain performance attribution frameworks (e.g., allocation, selection, interaction effects) across asset classes.

Support the buildout of dashboards and reporting tools.

Collaborate with investment teams to define analytics requirements and deliver insights that inform portfolio decisions.

Maintain and enhance recurring risk and performance processes, including weekly investment packets and ad hoc analysis.

Translate attribution logic into SQL queries and integrate with reporting platforms.

Investigate data anomalies with rigor and integrity, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems.

Identify and resolve data quality issues across investment tools and systems.

Contribute to the development of an analytics data warehouse and scalable data pipelines.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in investment analytics, performance measurement, or risk reporting.

Strong understanding of portfolio attribution models and benchmark construction.

Proficiency in SQL (required); experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle).

Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, R) and visualization tools (Tableau) a plus.

Exposure to public and private asset classes; experience with systems like Aladdin, Clearwater, or eFront is beneficial.

Progress toward CFA or CIPM preferred.

Compensation Base compensation offered for this role is $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay as applicable for the role.

Additional Information The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
