Job Description
The Quantitative and Analytic Platform Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the implementation and integration of quantitative models and analytic solutions into the investment process. These solutions embed data and analytics insights into portfolio management and fundamental research processes. The role coordinates between investment teams, quantitative researchers, and technology teams to design, architect and implement analytic products and solutions that drive value‑creation through decision support, process efficiency, and diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers and technology to manage the lifecycle of analytic products.
Coordinate design and implementations of analytic products that operationalize models and embed them into the investment workflow.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, data engineers and front‑end application developers to implement the solution.
Drive adoption of quantitative tools by integrating them into existing workflows and ensuring usability for end users.
Democratize quantitative models and insights by developing intuitive user interfaces and experiences.
Ensure commercial‑grade products with modern architecture, interactive data elements, and workflow design.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and quantitative finance and data science.
Effectively communicate product roadmap to senior investment leaders, management and steering committees.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role has supervisory duties.
Education And Experience
10+ years of experience in product management or platform engineering, with a focus on investment or trading environments.
Proven track record of delivering complex, data‑driven products in collaboration with investment professionals and technologists.
Deep understanding of financial technology, data infrastructure, and financial markets.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
Experience with data model designs and data stacks, quantitative programming languages.
Advanced degree in computer science, systems engineering or finance.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
CFA, FRM or PMP preferred.
Functional Skills
Project management and cross‑functional coordination.
Experience working with leading financial systems such as BlackRock Aladdin, Bloomberg and S&P Capital IQ.
Proficiency in databases, SQL, and various programming languages.
Familiarity with state‑of‑the‑art technologies such as Cloud, ReactJS, Microsoft Fabric, API development and Power BI.

Compensation Base compensation offered for this role is $169,000.00 – $218,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay and AIP as applicable for the role.
