Associate Director, Strategic Insights & Analytics – Immunology Portfolio | Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a strategic analytics leader to integrate and execute analytics that generate new business insights and growth opportunities across the Immunology portfolio. This role acts as an internal consultant to marketing, sales, and broader business partners, delivering actionable recommendations and guiding commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities

Identify, craft, and complete analytics that inform Immunology marketing and sales strategy and tactics. Leverage disparate data and insight sources to address key business questions, uncover opportunities, evaluate performance, and assess impact of marketing and sales tactics. Determine optimal analytical approaches and develop strong partnerships across resources, timing, and project goals. Develop insights and actionable recommendations; influence business partners to incorporate findings into decision making. Embed advanced analytics capabilities (e.g., Advanced Analytics, Access Insights, Patient Engagement) to drive brand/franchise impact and organizational efficiency. Lead the integration of data and analytics (national, subnational, payer) with findings developed by the Strategic Insights & Analytics team. Demonstrate leadership to focus on high-value projects and set clear boundaries for time and resources. Promote a culture of simplicity to streamline business processes and provide on-demand insights that translate to action. Education, Qualifications & Requirements

BA/BS required; advanced degree desirable. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, finance, analytics, management consulting, or related field; experience in a pharmaceutical environment preferred. Ability to work in Horsham, PA location three days a week and travel domestically up to 10%. Knowledge of pharma datasets and a broad spectrum of analytic and market research approaches; ability to select appropriate methods to answer key business questions. Experience developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and innovative solutions that drive key decisions. Preferred: Expertise with Immunology domain data sets (medical claims, pharmacy claims, sales data from sources such as IQVIA, SHS); proficiency in Tableau or Power BI, and SAS/SQL/Dataiku to work with large datasets in J&J CDP. Strong storytelling and data visualization skills; ability to develop effective presentations; general management mindset, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
