Receptionist/Administrative Assistant - Private Equity
This role is ideal for a polished, organized, and friendly Receptionist who enjoys creating a welcoming environment and managing day-to-day logistics.
Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

The Role A private equity investment firm is seeking a panoramic Receptionist to support the office and senior team members.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage the front desk, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
Answer phones, handle incoming mail, and coordinate deliveries.
Manage conference room scheduling and assist with meeting setup (catering, AV, materials).
Provide light calendar and travel support to senior team members as needed.
Assist with expense reporting and general administrative tasks.
Maintain office supplies and help coordinate vendor services.
Partner with the administrative team to provide coverage and support for projects and events.
Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented culture where no task is too small.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
1–3 years of administrative, reception, or office coordination experience (financial services a plus, but not required).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Warm, professional communication style—both in person and via email.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Concur or Salesforce a plus.
