About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated IT Specialist to join our growing technology team. In this role, you’ll support the daily operation, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems across hardware, software, and network environments. You’ll serve as a go-to resource for troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and helping ensure that systems run smoothly and securely for all users.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working hands-on with technology, and supporting a wide range of IT functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to internal users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and applications.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot outages, and ensure maximum uptime.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in various systems and applications.
Assist in maintaining IT documentation, asset inventories, and support logs.
Collaborate with IT leadership to implement updates, upgrades, and security patches.
Support the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
Working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) is a plus.
CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification preferred but not required.
