At HOMEstretch, our goal is to become a leader in the home preparation space by helping homeowners and real estate agents prepare properties for sale. Our all-in-one solution includes junk removal, painting, landscaping, flooring installation, and cleaning services.
We're looking to add an energetic Business Development Cold Call Expert with a proven sales record to join our core team and contribute to our market in NW Nashville.
Position Overview: Got the gift of gab and a soft spot for a good “win”? We’re hunting for a conversation magician who can get real estate agents to spill the tea on their listing prep pain points. Your mission: make cold calls feel warm, spark instant curiosity, and set the stage for paint-and-flooring glory.
On the phone. On your game. And only 5-15 hours a week. As our Biz Dev Dynamo, you’ll charm real estate agents, uncover their listing prep needs, and turn quick calls into big wins — all without giving up your life. Part-time never felt this full-on.
What You’ll Do:
Pick up the phone and start conversations that get prospects curious (and maybe a little excited) about HOMEstretch.
Ask the right questions to uncover what they really need for their home prep projects.
Share our painting and flooring solutions in a way that’s clear, fun, and impossible to ignore.
Handle objections like a pro, keeping the chat flowing and prospects engaged.
Keep your call notes sharp, follow up like a boss, and stay on top of your pipeline.
Keep prospects chatting and engaged for at least 10 minutes, turning quick calls into meaningful conversations.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or any role where you spent serious time on the phone connecting with people.
A natural conversationalist who loves asking questions, building rapport, and keeping prospects engaged.
Excellent communicator who can explain ideas clearly, handle objections, and keep calls moving smoothly.
Curious about home prep, design trends, painting, and flooring—or excited to learn fast.
Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup environment and motivated to make things happen.
Bonus points for cold-calling, telemarketing, or real estate experience.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
