CLERICAL SUPERVISOR III - OAHU

Salary is $4,208 to $5,330 per month (SR-14, Step C to I).
Responsibilities
Supervises, through one or more full or working subordinate supervisors, and has overall responsibility for two or more groups of subordinates performing journey‑level clerical work (comparable to Office Assistant III).
Serves as the immediate supervisor of, with overall responsibility for, the work of a group of subordinates performing senior‑level clerical work (comparable to Office Assistant IV).
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Legal Authorization to Work: Citizenship, nationality, or permanent resident status in the United States; or federal law eligibility for unrestricted employment.
General Clerical Experience: At least 4½ years of responsible work experience involving independent clerical tasks, familiarity with office practices and procedural systems, and operation of office equipment and technologies; competency in English grammar, spelling, punctuation, arithmetic, and ability to read and follow oral/written instructions.
Supervisory Aptitude: Demonstrated potential for supervisory duties through prior supervisory assignments, leadership roles, or related training and favorable appraisals.
