To help us keep our ducks in a row, Lakeshore’s Retail Operations team is looking for the support of a full-time Retail Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced environment! A day in the office looks like this:
Perform basic administrative duties
Manage a high volume of daily correspondence
Support and create communication between retail stores and HQ
Partner with all internal Retail teams, including visual, inventory, operations, communications, and projects
Support numerous processes and procedures of the stores, including Brinks, safety, inventory
Support and research concerns and orders for Customer Experience
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role
Highly organized with attention to detail, able to prioritize work and demonstrate problem‑solving abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced team environment with various levels of ambiguity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive customer service–oriented mindset
Team player with strong collaboration and people skills
Experience in creating work efficiencies, a plus
Ability to anticipate team needs and provide creative solutionsCurious with a passion to learn new skills
Additional Information At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $20-$24 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
