Responsibilities
Support planning, execution, and lead tracking for business events.
Ensure seamless coordination across staff communications, marketing creative development, inventory management, event logistics, and lead tracking, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Draft staff emails and "know before you go" guides for events; take notes at meetings and collect post‑event feedback.
Maintain inventory levels for uniforms and event supplies; order and ship items from the warehouse as needed.
Interface with Global Events team and events agency on booth design and renders.
Manage rigorous project plans and timelines; set up lead campaigns in Captello and prepare debrief documents.
Draft marketing briefs and create event overviews for Franchise events.
Track leads and maintain event tracker; add events into the calendar and schedule agendas for team calls with Global Events.
Assist with implementation of ClickUp for project management; track progress of new demo creation and note needs for new assets/demos.
Support Tier One and Tier Two B2B Franchise events; occasional travel and evening or weekend work may be required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in event coordination and marketing.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
Experience with inventory management and logistics is a plus.
Adaptability and quick learning with new software and processes (ClickUp, Captello).
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with lead tracking and post‑event analysis.
Creative problem‑solving and ability to work under tight deadlines.
