A non-profit and five star rating long term care facility in the Emmaus, PA area is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee their 120 bed facility. Organization has very low turnover rates (current DON is leaving due to relocation) and prioritizes clinical leadership (CEO is also an RN!). Facility is FOUR Star Rated by Quality of Care and NON PROFIT!

Requirements of the Director of Nursing:

• 1 year previous experience working as a Director of Nursing, or 2-3 years as an Assistant Director of Nursing for a similar sized facility
• Minimum education of a BSN is required

Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing:

• Collaborate with Director of Clinical Operations to oversee entire nursing team including House Supervisors, Unit Supervisors, and Clinical Educator
• Oversee facility comprised of approximately 75% long term care beds and 25% short term rehab

Compensation and Benefits for the Director of Nursing:

• Competitive salary ranging up to about $117,000.00 annually plus comprehensive health, dental and vision plans for employee and their families (80% of cost covered by employer!)
