We are seeking an on‑site administrative assistant who enjoys working in a fast‑paced team environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of recent experience in administrative support roles required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Ring Central and internet research tools.
Duties Include
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the executive team and managing efficient operations of the corporate office.
- Answering telephones, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, creating presentations and reports, maintaining databases and spreadsheets, filing, sorting mail, and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
- Makes travel arrangements for executive team such as booking flights, rental cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Other duties as assigned.
