Join Optum as a Family Medicine Physician at the Kelsey‑Seybold Clinic in Greater Heights. You will provide primary care for patients of all ages in a multi‑specialty environment that emphasizes coordinated and accountable care. The Physician will provide outpatient care, conduct annual physicals and wellness exams, participate in the Family Medicine Call group, and coordinate with specialty physicians. Typical schedule is Monday‑Friday 8 a.m.‑5 p.m. with on‑call duties about once per month. Primary Responsibilities
See patients in an outpatient setting Monday‑Friday 8 a.m.‑5 p.m., including new patients and corporate physicals. Participate in the Family Medicine Call single‑call group, on‑call once per month. Perform annual physicals and wellness exams. Provide preventive medicine services. Required Qualifications
Medical degree (MD or DO). Accredited Family Medicine residency training. Licensed or able to obtain a Texas license. Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine. Driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from $226,000 – $366,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution.
