Veterinary Practice Manager

Managing, planning, coordinating the practice's overall operations, and cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment Partnering with the Regional Operations Manager to develop long-term practice vision and goals Developing your team by utilizing things like regular staff meetings, and annual reviews Maintaining compliance with organizations like OSHA and the DEA Managing client retention through demonstrating and reinforcing exceptional client service Managing all financial responsibilities such as payroll, accounts receivable, pricing, inventory, etc. Partner with Hospital Leadership to lead team, ensure a great hospital culture and financial success for the clinic

You Will Bring

3+ years of management experience

in veterinary or human medicine (required) CVPM certification preferred ;

Bachelor’s degree

strongly preferred Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills Business and financial acumen, with confidence managing budgets and KPIs A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong emotional intelligence Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice management software
