Our client, a reputable investment firm based in Houston, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two senior executives. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain t wo complex, ever-changing executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling logistics with precision.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional communication and professionalism at all times.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports; assist with meeting materials and follow-ups.
Anticipate needs, manage priorities, and proactively address scheduling conflicts or operational bottlenecks.
Support special projects, client communications, and confidential initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate or professional services environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; thrives on managing multiple priorities with ease.
A bubbly, personable, and polished demeanor—you’re approachable, professional, and confident in high-level interactions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the firm’s leadership team effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable adapting to new tools.
