LHH is proactively seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at our client's office in the Houston area. This is a contract opportunity ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing complex schedules, communications, and confidential information.

  • Location: Houston, Texas (On-site or Hybrid, depending on client needs)
  • Job Type: Contract/Temporary
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Pay Rate: $32.00 - $40.00/hr (DOE)
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive-level functions. You'll be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain complex schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Communication: Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Office Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support executive needs.
  • Project Assistance: Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
  • Professionalism: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; polished and professional demeanor.
  • Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues as they arise.
  • Discretion: Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
