Legal Intake Specialist – Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice Law Firm Anidjar & Levine, P.A. is a PERSONAL INJURY law firm seeking a skilled and empathetic Medical Malpractice Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal representation for injuries caused by medical negligence. This role is vital to the firm's mission of advocating for injured patients and their families. The successful candidate will identify viable cases, guide potential clients through the intake process, and ensure timely, compassionate communication.

Salary and Location Location: West Palm Beach, FL.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 or $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming calls, emails, and referrals from individuals seeking representation in potential medical malpractice matters.

Conduct detailed intake interviews to gather facts about the incident, including timelines, medical providers involved, nature of the injury, and damages.

Assess potential claim viability based on firm‑established medical malpractice criteria.

Input and maintain accurate data in the firm’s case management system.

Request and follow up on authorizations, medical records, and supporting documentation from potential clients.

Collaborate with attorneys, nurses, and medical malpractice intake coordinators on early‑stage case evaluations.

Provide timely updates and follow‑ups to prospective clients and elevate urgent matters when needed.

Demonstrate compassion and professionalism in interactions with individuals who may be experiencing trauma, grief, or stress.

Qualifications

Education:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; background in healthcare is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical field.

Minimum 2 years nursing.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle high‑emotion conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple leads and follow‑ups.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

Experience reviewing or requesting medical records.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.

In‑office.

Fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.
