as a Senior Electrical Project Manager/Engineer. This hybrid role is based at our locations in New York, NY; Mechanicsburg, PA; Baltimore, MD; Philadelphia, PA; Fairfax, VA; East Brunswick, NJ; or Washington, DC. The electrical team focuses on innovative, efficient solutions for building electrical systems, driving comfort and sustainability in every project.

What You’ll Do

Lead a team of engineers and designers to complete electrical design projects.

Coordinate with other disciplines as required for successful project outcomes.

Interface with clients, owners, and stakeholders.

Write project specifications and design documents.

Manage project budgets and ensure financial feasibility.

Identify future work opportunities and maintain client relationships.

Design building and site lighting systems, including sizing, coordination, and specification of fixtures and electrical distribution equipment.

Calculate and analyze electrical loads and perform lighting calculations to ensure adequate distribution and energy efficiency.

Provide design support in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.

Attend project meetings with architects and other engineering disciplines.

Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

Prepare documentation for permit applications and agency review.

Conduct construction site visits and produce field reports.

What You Will Bring

Minimum of 15 years of experience in the A/E/C industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Proficiency with Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

High attention to detail.

Compensation Salary range: $120,000 – $175,000, dependent on experience and location.
