Lead, Pharmacy Regulatory Comms AXP Location: District of Columbia, United States
Pay Range $115,200.00 – $158,400.00 per year
Overview Lead the strategic development and optimization of Next Best Action capabilities across Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer, driving data‑driven journeys that improve member engagement and health outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own the NBA execution strategy and roadmap, aligning capabilities with enterprise goals and member experience objectives.
Lead cross‑functional teams in designing, configuring, and deploying personalized journeys using AJO and AEP.
Collaborate with lifecycle marketing, data science, analytics, and channel teams to activate NBA logic and optimize targeting.
Oversee platform governance, including audience segmentation, event triggers, and personalization rules.
Monitor performance metrics and partner with analytics to refine journey logic and improve outcomes.
Serve as SME for AJO/AEP capabilities, mentoring others on best practices.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture and MarTech teams to ensure platform scalability and integration.
Deliver orchestrated journeys that improve member engagement, satisfaction, and health outcomes.
Enable real‑time personalization through advanced NBA logic and platform capabilities.
Drive innovation in marketing operations by aligning technology with strategic priorities.
Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in marketing technology, lifecycle marketing, or journey orchestration.
3+ years of hands‑on experience with SFMC, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar platforms.
Proven leadership in product management and cross‑functional team collaboration.
Strong understanding of NBA frameworks, real‑time decisioning, and personalization logic.
Preferred Qualifications
Adobe certifications in AEP or AJO.
Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
Familiarity with Adobe Real‑Time CDP, XDM schemas, and API‑driven personalization.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
