You’ll work with the team to build a personalized journey to deepen engagement, grow share of wallet and build brand loyalty. This role provides the opportunity to sharpen technical, analytical and business skills as part of the Personalization & CRM team, delivering best-in-class personalized customer engagement across channels. You will play an active role in crafting and building customer journeys using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer, and lead the development of loyalty campaigns focused on the retail media network and age-restricted products. Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for Retail Media/Age Restricted campaigns. Understand business needs and objectives, develop engaging campaigns, and manage end-to-end campaign execution, including content development and scheduling in collaboration with the CRM team and cross-functional partners. Regularly analyze performance (programs, campaign tests, messages), surface actionable insights, and recommend new strategies. Collaborate with the CRM & Personalization team to build customer journeys using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to meet business needs. Serve as the lead expert of AJO on the team with deep understanding of AJO capabilities, data ingestion, data modeling, segmentation, personalization and journeys. Advocate for best practices in data management, including data classification, retention, and privacy. Monitor data schemas in AEP to ensure proper mapping of classes, field groups, identities, and attributes. Apply data quality rules and validate data quality. Implement Journey Optimizer features such as journey orchestration, triggers, automations, actions, messages and offers. Create AJO events and design email templates in AJO. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to AEP and AJO, including data integration issues and system errors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, data engineers, project managers) to ensure successful project delivery. Share knowledge and provide guidance/mentorship to junior team members. Ad hoc problem solving and day-to-day tasks to support team needs. Maintain flexibility with working hours to support global operations. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5-7 years in CRM with 2+ years in implementing and creating journeys in marketing automation solutions (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce). Proven experience implementing Adobe Experience Platform or similar customer data management platforms. Strong understanding of data management principles (modeling, integration, governance). Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe CDP, Adobe Campaign). Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with initiative and ownership. Experience with Offer Decisioning and creating personalized offers, including placements, eligibility rules and decisions, and ranking offers for placements. Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related Microsoft Suite products. Compliance with state, federal and company guidelines. Positive team attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
