Position Summary Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; promoting the company’s products and services.

Assists management with the supervision of associates in an assigned area of responsibility: assigns duties; communicates goals and feedback; trains associates on processes and procedures; provides direction and guidance on member service approaches and techniques; ensures compliance with company policies and procedures; supports the Open Door Policy; participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates.

Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise; organizes and maintains the sales floor; completes paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.

Maintains safety of facility, conducts safety sweeps, follows procedures for forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, follows company steel standard guidelines, reports unsafe situations.

Ensures maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation; handles claims and returns; zones the area; stocks, arranges, and organizes merchandise; sets up, cleans, and organizes product displays; removes damaged goods; signs and prices merchandise; identifies shrink and damages; secures fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.

Monitors food and merchandise quality, ensures product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation standards, merchandising area categories, stocking, zoning, cleaning all departments.

Oversees picking and staging of club pick up orders throughout the day; ensures products are selected and staged per policy.

Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; analyzes information; monitors progress; identifies and addresses improvement opportunities.

Demonstrates compliance with company policies, procedures, standards of ethics and integrity; guides and implements action plans; uses Open Door Policy; assists management with correcting ethical and compliance issues.

Leads and participates in teams, sharing resources, determining customer needs, business priorities, coordinating and executing work assignments; provides advice, feedback, support to meet timelines and quality; models adaptation to change or new challenges.

Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00*.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Leading a team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
