Salesforce Architect / Program Lead
to lead complex, enterprise‑scale Salesforce programs for a top 10 Fortune 500 client in Silicon Valley, California. This role combines deep technical architecture expertise with strong program and people leadership skills to drive delivery excellence across global teams.

Responsibilities
Define and own end‑to‑end Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise strategy
Architect and oversee implementations across multiple Salesforce clouds and frameworks (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Order Management, Field Service, Vlocity)
Ensure architectural governance, adherence to Salesforce best practices, and seamless integration with enterprise systems
Lead fixed‑scope Salesforce programs, driving on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality delivery
Oversee project estimation, scoping, planning, and delivery KPIs for complex Salesforce initiatives
Implement and maintain effective governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks
Lead, manage, and mentor a distributed global team of 30–40 professionals, including Developers, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, TPMs, and Scrum Masters
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the delivery organization
Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, shaping Salesforce transformation strategies and solution roadmaps, and translating complex requirements into robust, scalable solutions
Provide pre‑sales support and collaborate with Sales and Delivery leadership to develop proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps
Requirements
10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce architecture and program leadership
Proven success leading large, fixed‑scope Salesforce programs across multi‑cloud environments
Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud required
Experience with CPQ, Field Service Lightning, and Vlocity preferred
Willingness and ability to work on‑site 4‑5 days/week
